I must admit the thing that threw me Bill was in your original message you put a "?" behind your comment "OK for Handycap?".
That got me having doubts about the possibilities of those infortunately disabled, using the facilities.
I have this (cruel I know) picture in my mind of someone wanting to use the loo,being wheeled in,halway through the best mans' speech!
