Look at the likes of Dover,Maidstone,Dartford,Ebbsfleet and if you want to include Welling and Bromley as Kent teams (although other people would call them "London" sides),TOTS are light years behind!
A ground that's been run down for 15 years,despite all the BS that it would be rebuilt"soon",average attendances  of approx 450 (which includes away fans) ,which could drop if/when they are relegated and a team that would struggle in the Ryman aren't exactly the sort of things that would inspire me to invest my money into the club.
That's of course,unless the new investor knows nowt about football and has been fed copious amounts of Equine excretement from the board or,as John says,it's another sugar daddy with bright ideas (and we all know what happens there, don't we? )

I agree with what you have written EKR, but that's what I was told.  Yes I said it many times how do they  get that crap ground graded, perhaps its because they have double glazing and paint those "changing rooms" each season.  The only thing I like is their floodlights
