The thing is , every opposition will try that little bit harder against them now, because they wont want to be the team that's going to lose against a team that's bottom , lost 18 on the trot and not scored for 12 hours!
Worrying times ahead. Do the people who intend to take over really know what they've let themselves in for!? :-\

of course they know what they are letting themselves in for, that's why they want to take over. Make them the best and strongest in Kent??

Now where have I heard that one before!? ::)
Make them the best and strongest in Kent!!?  Stop it Bill,my ribs really hurt with all that laughing I've been doing. :D
Look at the likes of Dover,Maidstone,Dartford,Ebbsfleet and if you want to include Welling and Bromley as Kent teams (although other people would call them "London" sides),TOTS are light years behind!
A ground that's been run down for 15 years, despite all the BS that it would be rebuilt"soon",average attendances  of approx 450 (which includes away fans) ,which could drop if/when they are relegated and a team that would struggle in the Ryman aren't exactly the sort of things that would inspire me to invest my money into the club.
That's of course, unless the new investor knows nowt about football and has been fed copious amounts of Equine excretement from the board or,as John says,it's another sugar daddy with bright ideas (and we all know what happens there, don't we? ;))

You have got to be kidding me! >:(
I did know of Truro, who had to raise some £70k,to upgrade the ground, otherwise they face being demoted but I don't know of any others.
How come they face that, yet Portakabin Park manages to  pass league gradings!? :-\ Someone please explain that to me!
If a team finishes bottom, then they should go. End of. If their record for the season proves that the team isn't good enough, then goodbye to that league.
Someone should be noting that MFC have survived before, due to ground technicalities, not to playing capabilities. They do not deserve to stay in that league.
My solution would be either promote someone extra or run the league with smaller numbers.

I agree with what you have written EKR, but that's what I was told.  Yes I said it many times how do they  get that crap ground graded, perhaps its because they have double glazing and paint those "changing rooms" each season.  The only thing I like is their floodlights ;D

Rumour has it that they're planning an open top bus to go round Margate tomorrow! ;D
Out of a possible 57 points, they've managed their first one. :D
Still haven't scored for ages though and the gap's getting BIGGER!
