HERNE BAY have signed striker Ricky Freeman from their Isthmian League South East Division rivals Whitstable Town, despite his former club announcing they had retained their man last weekend. Manager Ben Smith has also snapped up another former Whitstable Town player, in defender Stuart West.
Just hope you're wrong about the Academy Bill. Its always good to see youngsters work their way up through the ranks,especially as the club had made the effort to run the academy.
