Well,I expect we can all read between the lines with this! >:(
One of the most famous names in non league football(ave gate 1500+) and its fans count for NOWT in the local councils' eyes! >:(
I suspect there has been some sort of "brown envelope, shake hands" agreement on this.

You only have to see how TDC mucked about with TOTS to see that their attitude is-to hell with footy and the locals that follow it,lets build houses on it,as its prime council land!

Trouble is,if that ever went ahead, those houses woudnt be for local people. They'd be for the people that are being sent down here from London(in another dodgy deal with TDC),or
to house those people that have managed to cross the Channel(free!)

An absolute disgrace. I hope the Hamlet survive(and beat Bill 'n Ricky tonight!)
Just to prove that its not all about being bankrolled by a millionaire and buying mercenaries to get the team promoted,
Oh,hang on.............. where have I seen that before? ;D ;)

Very sad for this club and their lovely supporters.  Yes prime building land and dodgy councils.
I always thought that the whole of Hartsdown Park was gifted to towns people many years ago, like Southwood.

Don't get me started on TDC with the ex leader promising to save Manston Airport to get our votes and doing a U-turn after meeting with SHP with no minutes taken and also meeting at Cramptons pub with a reprehensive of SHP, again with no minutes taken.
